Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked pinto beans
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 cup Onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
Add the minced garlic and ground cumin, cook for another minute.
Add the cooked pinto beans and mash them with a wooden spoon.
Cook, stirring frequently, until the beans are heated through and reach your desired consistency. Add salt to taste.
