Main Ingredients
- 4 slices Bread preferably sourdough
- 4 slices Mozzarella Cheese fresh
- 1 large Tomato sliced
- 1 handful Basil Leaves fresh
- 2 tablespoon Butter softened
1. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
2. Place two slices of bread, butter side down, on a skillet over medium heat.
3. Layer mozzarella, tomato slices, and basil leaves on the bread in the skillet.
4. Top with the remaining slices of bread, butter side up.
5. Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 4-5 minutes per side.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
