  • 1 pack Instant ramen noodles any flavor
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped green onions optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs.
  3. 3. Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Add the eggs to the pan and scramble until they start to set.
  5. 5. Add the cooked ramen noodles to the pan and mix with the eggs.
  6. 6. Stir in the soy sauce and cook for another minute.
  7. 7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions if desired.
