Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 packs Ramen noodles discard seasoning packets
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup Sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha optional
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 cups Cooked chicken shredded
  • 2 stalks Green onions sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, discard seasoning packets. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add bell peppers and mushrooms, cook until tender.
  3. 3. Add garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Stir in soy sauce, sriracha (if using), and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
  5. 5. Add cooked chicken and ramen noodles to the skillet. Toss to combine and heat through.
  6. 6. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
