Raisin Bread French Toast Casserole

- 8 slices Raisin Bread
- 4 large Eggs
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ¼ cup Sugar
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
Arrange the raisin bread slices in the baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
Pour the egg mixture over the bread slices, making sure all pieces are soaked.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the custard is set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
