Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 unit Pie Crust
  • 1 cup Fresh Spinach chopped
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese Gruyere or Swiss
  • 4 unit Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Milk
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon Nutmeg optional

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place pie crust in pie dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  4. Spread chopped spinach and shredded cheese evenly in the pie crust.
  5. Pour egg mixture over the spinach and cheese.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
