Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Masa harina
  • 1 ½ cups Water
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Refried beans
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 cup Cooked pork, finely chopped

Instructions 

  1. Mix masa harina, water, and salt in a bowl until dough forms.
  2. Divide dough into 8 balls.
  3. Flatten each ball, add beans, cheese, and pork in the center.
  4. Fold edges over filling, flatten gently.
  5. Cook on a hot griddle until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
