- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 loaf bread, cubed
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, milk, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and brown sugar.
Place the cubed bread in a greased baking dish.
Pour the pumpkin mixture over the bread, making sure all pieces are well-coated.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
