  • 4 cups Frozen shredded hash browns
  • 1 pound Breakfast sausage
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain the fat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the hash browns, cooked sausage, and cheese. Spread evenly in a greased baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over the hash brown mixture.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
