Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 apples, peeled and grated
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon butter for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add the milk. Mix well.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Fold in the grated apples.
  5. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a bit of butter.
  6. Pour batter onto the pan to form pancakes. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with a sprinkle of powdered sugar or a dollop of yogurt.
