Ingredients

  • 1 cup Chickpeas cooked
  • ¼ cup Peanut Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 2-4 tablespoons Water as needed

Instructions 

  1. 1. Add chickpeas, peanut butter, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and cumin to a food processor.
  2. 2. Blend until smooth, adding water as needed to reach desired consistency.
  3. 3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  4. 4. Serve with pita bread, veggies, or as a spread.
