Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Chickpeas cooked
- ¼ cup Peanut Butter
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 2-4 tablespoons Water as needed
1. Add chickpeas, peanut butter, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and cumin to a food processor.
2. Blend until smooth, adding water as needed to reach desired consistency.
3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
4. Serve with pita bread, veggies, or as a spread.
