  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Peanut Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Jelly
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine oats and milk. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. 2. Add flour, peanut butter, jelly, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt to the bowl. Mix well.
  3. 3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake.
  4. 4. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  5. 5. Serve warm with extra peanut butter and jelly on top if desired.
