Peanut Butter and Banana French Toast
A delicious twist on classic French toast with the addition of peanut butter and bananas.

Main Ingredients
- 4 slices Bread preferably thick slices
- 2 tablespoon Peanut Butter
- 1 Banana sliced
- 2 Eggs beaten
- ¼ cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 tablespoon Butter for cooking
1. Spread peanut butter on one side of each slice of bread.
2. Place banana slices on top of the peanut butter on two slices of bread, then top with the other slices to make sandwiches.
3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter.
5. Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, coating both sides.
6. Cook the sandwiches in the skillet until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
7. Serve warm, optionally with a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
