Peaches and Cream French Toast Bake

- 1 loaf French bread cut into cubes
- 1 cup Peaches sliced
- 6 Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- ½ cup Heavy cream
- ¼ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a baking dish and add the cubed French bread and sliced peaches.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt.
Pour the mixture over the bread and peaches, ensuring everything is well-coated.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden and the center is set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
