  2. Add the potatoes and cook until they start to soften, about 10 minutes.
  3. Add the chorizo, onion, and garlic. Cook until the chorizo is browned and the potatoes are fully cooked, about 10 more minutes.
  4. Season with salt to taste and serve hot.
