Pancake Casserole with Streusel Recipe
A delightful breakfast casserole combining fluffy pancakes and a sweet streusel topping.

Pancake Batter
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 teaspoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 ½ cups Milk
- 2 large Eggs
- ¼ cup Melted butter
Streusel Topping
- ½ cup Brown sugar
- ½ cup All-purpose flour
- ¼ cup Cold butter, cubed
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and melted butter. Pour into dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
For the streusel topping, combine brown sugar, flour, cold butter, and cinnamon in a bowl. Mix until crumbly.
Sprinkle the streusel topping evenly over the pancake batter.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
