- 2 cups Pancake Mix
- 1.5 cups Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 0.5 cup Maple Syrup
- 1 cup Fresh Berries Optional
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the pancake mix, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
Drizzle the maple syrup over the batter.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
