Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup chopped green onions

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and boiling water. Stir until a dough forms.
  2. Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll each part into a thin circle.
  4. Brush each circle with vegetable oil, sprinkle with salt and green onions.
  5. Roll each circle into a log, then coil the log into a spiral. Flatten gently with a rolling pin.
  6. Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Cook each pancake until golden brown on both sides.
