This is a simple and healthy breakfast recipe that combines baked eggs with creamy avocado.

- 2 avocados halved and pitted
- 4 eggs

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Scoop out some of the avocado flesh to make room for the eggs.
Place the avocado halves on a baking sheet.

Season with salt and pepper.
