Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 units Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon Butter, melted

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add milk and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, whisking until smooth. Stir in the melted butter.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour about ¼ cup of batter into the skillet, tilting to spread evenly.
  5. Cook until the edges start to lift and the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side. Repeat with remaining batter.
