- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup milk any kind
- ¼ cup yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- fruit optional, for topping
1. Combine all ingredients in a mason jar or container.
2. Stir well to mix.
3. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 8 hours.
4. In the morning, stir the oatmeal and add your favorite toppings.
