Overnight French Toast Casserole Recipe
This Overnight French Toast Casserole is perfect for a make-ahead breakfast or brunch. Just prep it the night before and bake in the morning!

- 1 loaf French bread cut into cubes
- 8 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Topping
- ½ cup flour
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup butter cold, cut into pieces
1. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Place the bread cubes in the dish.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cream, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla. Pour evenly over the bread.
3. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
4. In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add the butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Store in a plastic bag in the fridge.
5. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Sprinkle the topping evenly over the bread mixture.
6. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is set. Serve warm.
