Main Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 slices bread, cubed
- 1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
2. Stir in the shredded cheese, cubed bread, and cooked sausage.
3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
5. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
6. Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden and the center is set.
7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
