Overnight Bacon Brunch Casserole
A hearty and delicious casserole perfect for brunch. Prepare it the night before and just pop it in the oven in the morning.

- 8 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
- 6 cups Bread cubed
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese shredded
- 6 Eggs beaten
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Dry mustard
1. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
2. Spread bread cubes evenly in the dish.
3. Sprinkle cooked bacon and shredded cheese over the bread cubes.
4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and dry mustard. Pour over the bread mixture.
5. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
7. Bake uncovered for 60 minutes, or until set and golden brown.
