- 6 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- ½ onion, diced
- to taste salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
Add the shredded cheese, diced bell pepper, and diced onion to the egg mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the omelet is set and golden brown on top.
Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
