Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup raisins

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, oil, and brown sugar until well combined.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in the raisins.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
  5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
