Ingredients

  • 1 cup Oats rolled or quick oats
  • 1 cup Milk any type
  • 1 cup Flour all-purpose
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 2 tablespoon Butter melted

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the oats and milk. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. 2. Add the flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt to the oat mixture. Stir to combine.
  3. 3. Add the beaten egg and melted butter. Mix until just combined.
  4. 4. Heat a griddle or frying pan over medium heat. Grease lightly if needed.
  5. 5. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the griddle for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  6. 6. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
