  • 4 slices Bread Thick slices
  • 4 tablespoon Nutella
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tablespoon Butter For cooking

Instructions 

  1. Spread Nutella on two slices of bread and top with the other two slices to make sandwiches.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
  3. Dip each sandwich in the egg mixture, coating both sides well.
  4. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the sandwiches until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Serve warm, optionally with a dusting of powdered sugar or a drizzle of maple syrup.
