  • 4 cups Spinach fresh
  • 1 cup Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 4 Eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mushrooms, spinach, and cheese.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables and cheese, and mix well.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is set.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
