  • 4 pcs Eggs
  • ½ cup Mushrooms sliced
  • ¼ cup Scallions chopped
  • ½ cup Cheese shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add the mushrooms and scallions to the pan and sauté until softened.
  4. 4. Pour the eggs into the pan and cook until they start to set.
  5. 5. Sprinkle the cheese over one half of the omelet.
  6. 6. Fold the omelet in half and cook for another minute until the cheese melts.
  7. 7. Serve hot.
