Burger Patties
- 1 lb Ground Turkey
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 Egg beaten
- 0.5 cup Breadcrumbs
In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, cumin, coriander, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Add the beaten egg and breadcrumbs to the mixture. Mix until well combined.
Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
Preheat the grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
Serve the patties on buns with your favorite toppings.
