Ingredients

  • 4 slices Bread preferably white or brioche
  • 2 slices Ham
  • 2 slices Turkey
  • 2 slices Swiss Cheese
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Powdered Sugar for dusting
  • ¼ cup Jam for serving

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  2. 2. Assemble the sandwiches by layering a slice of ham, turkey, and cheese between two slices of bread.
  3. 3. Dip each sandwich in the egg mixture, making sure to coat both sides.
  4. 4. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the sandwiches until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. 5. Dust with powdered sugar and serve with jam.
