These mini quiches are perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a light snack. Easy to make and delicious!

Main Ingredients
- 6 Eggs
- ½ cup Milk
- ½ cup Shredded cheese
- ¼ cup Chopped spinach
- ¼ cup Diced ham
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
Add the shredded cheese, chopped spinach, diced ham, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
Grease a muffin tin and pour the mixture evenly into the cups.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the quiches are set and lightly golden on top.
Let them cool slightly before removing from the muffin tin. Serve warm.
