  • 6 Eggs
  • ½ cup Milk
  • ½ cup Shredded cheese
  • ¼ cup Chopped spinach
  • ¼ cup Diced ham
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  3. Add shredded cheese, chopped spinach, diced ham, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture evenly into the muffin tin.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the quiches are set and lightly golden.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin. Serve warm.
