  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  3. Add cheese, ham, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased muffin tin.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until the quiches are set and golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
