Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 package Refrigerated pie crusts
  • 6 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Shredded Swiss cheese
  • ¼ cup Chopped onion
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 1 ½ cups Half-and-half cream
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground white pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground nutmeg

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out pie crusts and cut into circles to fit muffin tin cups. Press into the cups.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, half-and-half, salt, white pepper, and nutmeg.
  4. Divide bacon, cheese, and onion evenly among the muffin cups.
  5. Pour egg mixture over the fillings in each cup.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until set and golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
