Main Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
- ¼ cup diced bell pepper
- ¼ cup diced onion
- ¼ cup spinach chopped
- to taste salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
Add the cheese, bell pepper, onion, spinach, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
Pour the mixture evenly into a greased muffin tin.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the frittatas are set and lightly golden.
Let them cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin. Serve warm.
