Ingredients 

Pancake Batter

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¾ cup Milk
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tablespoon Melted butter
  • ½ cup Mini chocolate chips

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, and melted butter. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour small amounts of batter onto the pan to form mini pancakes. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  4. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
