Microwave Frittata Casserole

Main Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup chopped vegetables e.g., bell peppers, onions, spinach
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
1. In a microwave-safe dish, whisk together the eggs and milk.
2. Stir in the shredded cheese, chopped vegetables, salt, and black pepper.
3. Microwave on high for 5 minutes, then stir.
4. Microwave for another 5-10 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
5. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
