Mexican Style Breakfast Casserole

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground sausage
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 can Diced green chilies
- 10 Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Stir in the cooked sausage, shredded cheeses, and diced green chilies.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
