  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 can Diced green chilies
  • 10 Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir in the cooked sausage, shredded cheeses, and diced green chilies.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
