Mangu Recipe
Mangu is a traditional Dominican breakfast made from mashed plantains. It's typically served with eggs, fried cheese, and salami.

Main Ingredients
- 4 Green plantains peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 cup Water
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 cup Onions sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
Boil plantains in salted water until tender, about 20 minutes.
Drain and mash the plantains with butter until smooth.
In a frying pan, sauté onions in olive oil until soft.
Serve mashed plantains topped with sautéed onions.
