Make-Ahead Breakfast Casserole
A hearty breakfast casserole you can prepare the night before and bake in the morning.

Main Ingredients
- 8 slices Bread cubed
- 1 pound Sausage cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 6 Eggs beaten
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed bread, cooked sausage, and shredded cheese.
3. In another bowl, whisk together the beaten eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
4. Pour the egg mixture over the bread mixture and stir until well combined.
5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
6. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
7. In the morning, bake the casserole for 45 minutes or until set and golden brown.
