Main Ingredients
- 8 oz Smoked salmon thinly sliced
- 4 Bagels sliced in half
- 1 cup Cream cheese
- 1 Red onion thinly sliced
- 1 Tomato thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon Capers
1. Toast the bagels until golden brown.
2. Spread a generous amount of cream cheese on each bagel half.
3. Layer the smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese.
4. Add slices of red onion and tomato on top of the salmon.
5. Sprinkle capers over the top.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
