Loaded Hash Brown Potato Casserole Recipe

- 1 package frozen hash browns thawed
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chopped cooked bacon
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the hash browns, 1 ½ cups of cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, bacon, green onions, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
