  • 4 slices Leftover pizza
  • 4 Eggs beaten
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut leftover pizza into bite-sized pieces and place them in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and add milk, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the pizza pieces in the baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
