- 1 sheet Pie Crust store-bought or homemade
- 3 large Leeks cleaned and sliced
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 4 large Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the pie crust in a pie dish and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Spread the sliced leeks evenly over the pie crust.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the leeks.
Pour the egg mixture over the leeks and cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown on top.
Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
