Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 cup Dill, chopped
  • 1 cup Chives, chopped
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ¼ cup Walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chopped herbs and walnuts to the egg mixture and stir to combine.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Pour the egg and herb mixture into the skillet.
  5. Cook on the stovetop for about 5 minutes, until the edges start to set.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the center is set.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
