Korean BBQ Sauce Recipe
This Korean BBQ Sauce is perfect for marinating meats or as a dipping sauce. It's sweet, savory, and has a bit of a kick.

Main Ingredients
- ½ cup Soy sauce
- ¼ cup Brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
- ¼ cup Water
In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, gochujang, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and water.
Whisk together and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 5-10 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
Remove from heat and let it cool. Use immediately or store in the fridge for up to a week.
