Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • ½ cup Soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • ¼ cup Water

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, gochujang, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and water.
  2. Whisk together and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  3. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 5-10 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
  4. Remove from heat and let it cool. Use immediately or store in the fridge for up to a week.
