  • ¼ cup Mint leaves fresh
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Cacao nibs
  • 1 tablespoon MCT oil
  • 1 scoop Collagen protein powder unflavored
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ½ cup Ice cubes
