Ingredients 

Crepe Batter

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup Water
  • 1 large Egg
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Filling

  • 1 cup Chopped scallions
  • ½ cup Cilantro chopped
  • ½ cup Crispy wonton strips
  • ¼ cup Hoisin sauce

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, water, egg, and salt to make the batter. Mix until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour a ladle of batter into the skillet and spread evenly.
  3. Cook until the edges start to lift, then flip the crepe.
  4. Spread hoisin sauce on the crepe, then add scallions, cilantro, and crispy wonton strips.
  5. Fold the crepe and serve hot.
